Edoardo Bianchi opened a workshop in Milan in 1885, and that year is the one part nobody really fights about. Celeste is the fight. Some pages say it matches the Milan sky, some say a queen's eyes, and Bianchi has never settled it on purpose. They still paint road bikes that color, and gravel and mountain only showed up in the catalog after a century of being a road company.
