Terry Dolan only started his own thing because Harry Quinn shut the doors. 1980, Walton in Liverpool, after three years working in that shop. People treat Dolan like a mail-order track brand, which is the later reputation, not the start. They still make road and track bikes in the UK, and the shop is in Ormskirk now.
