Eminent came out of San Diego engineering desks, Jeff Soncrant and Kevin Sigismondo wanting a carbon bike they could not buy. They launched from that Southern California shop and the first thing anyone saw was the Haste. The company had a rough run after that. What remains in the catalog is still that San Diego origin.
