Jim Walker stood up Enigma in Sussex in 2006 as a titanium-only idea, importing first and learning to weld the stuff in-house later. The workshop is in Hailsham, under the South Downs, and they will tell you they are one of the few doing titanium in Britain in any volume, though steel showed up in the catalog once customers asked for it. The UK build is the point they keep making.
