Owen Pemberton left Norco, left Vancouver, and started Forbidden in Cumberland on Vancouver Island. The name is the Forbidden Plateau, a local ride, not a marketing mood board. People say Canada and stop. It's a small-town Island brand from a guy who wanted the trails next to the office. Druid is the bike that made the name.
