Knolly is Noel Buckley's name, more or less, and it's Vancouver. He started it because the big Canadian companies in town weren't building the bike he wanted, and he stayed small on purpose. People fold Knolly into the Vancouver cluster and forget it's one guy's company, still there, and the name is the founder.
