Otso is not QBP. Wolf Tooth started it in Minnesota, same owners, Savage and that south-metro scene, because they wanted bikes to go with the parts. Finnish word, Midwestern company, gravel and fat bikes. People mash it into the Salsa and Surly building, and it is a different building.
