Pinnacle is what Evans Cycles called their own bikes. Not a Peak District workshop, not a mountain brand that happened to land in shops. Evans needed a house label and they made one, and a lot of UK riders owned a Pinnacle without ever thinking about who actually put the decal on. It is a shop brand, and that is the whole story.
