SCOR started after hours at BMC. Mariano Schoefer and Christof Bigler were cutting up Trailfoxes in Grenchen because they wanted a trail bike the race brand would not make. Then BMC made it a brand, a Swiss offshoot for mountain bikes. Paused later, which is another way parent companies say they got bored.
