Richard Schwinn and Marc Muller took the Paramount tradition to Waterford, Wisconsin in 1993 and kept building steel after the big company was gone. Custom frames, lugged and TIG, from that town name. The shop closed when Schwinn retired, then the brand restarted in Durango. Wisconsin is still how riders say it.
