X-LAB is the new name. The factory is XDS in Shenzhen, 1995, one of the big carbon plants that used to be behind other people's decals. The performance line went global later, which is why the brand feels brand-new and the production story isn't. AD9 and RS7 and GT8 are the names that showed up once they decided the factory should have its own performance line.
