Yeti looks like a Colorado brand because it is one now. John Parker started it in Southern California in 1985, Agoura, Hollywood-adjacent welding, and they only moved to Durango after the World Champs, with Golden as HQ later. A lot of write-ups skip California entirely. The turquoise thing started before the Rockies chapter.
