TIME exists because Jean Beyl left Look. He and Roland Cattin started it in Nevers in 1987, pedals first, same as the last company, and they only started making frames after the pedal business was already the thing people knew them for. Woven carbon is the thing people remember. Alpe d'Huez and Scylon are the road bikes here.
