Racers who want one Bianchi for climbs and flats. Anyone who found Oltre too low and the old Specialissima not aero enough. If you want the hyperbike shape, Oltre RC is still that bike.
Bianchi rebuilt Specialissima as the do-it-all race bike, not just the climbing sibling to Oltre. The RC frame is 750 g in size 55, the fork and D-shaped post are more aero, and Countervail is a new formula. Geometry stays the same. The bike is lighter and slipperier than last year’s Specialissima, still more upright than Oltre RC.
Fast road riders who want aero on Giant's chart. TCR is the lighter, more conventional sibling.
