Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL8 2026 Sizing Guide
What it's like to ride
The current Specialized race bike: lighter than SL7, still aero, and famously 'it just disappears' if the fit is right. Size by stack/reach — the 54/56 split is where a lot of riders hop.
Who it's for
Racers and fast club riders who want the modern Tarmac. If you came off an SL7, check that the stack/reach still matches your size. The S-Works kit is the halo build — same geometry as the non-S-Works page for this year, different parts.
Gone: Satin Silver Dust / Dove Grey / Black Pearl.
What changed in the bike frame
Same published geometry as 2025.
Published geometry matches the 2025 Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL8. Same sizes, same stack and reach.
What changed in equipment
No verified spec sheet for 2026 or 2025.
